Privacy Policy

BikeStable is designed to help you maintain a history for your bicycles. This policy explains what information the app handles and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

BikeStable may store bicycle details, photos, mileage and ride entries, service records, notes, costs, and invoice images that you choose to add. You control the content entered into the app.

Local use

BikeStable does not require an account or synchronize your records with a BikeStable cloud database. Your records, bike photos, and saved invoice copies remain on your device and are subject to your device backup and security settings.

Invoice photos

You may attach an invoice photo from your camera or photo library to a service record. Invoice images are stored locally on your device. BikeStable does not read or extract text from them, upload them, or use them for advertising.

Purchases

Optional BikeStable Premium is sold as an in-app purchase through Apple. Apple processes the payment. BikeStable uses RevenueCat to confirm and manage purchase entitlement status (for example, an anonymous app user ID and whether Premium is active). RevenueCat does not receive your bicycle history, mileage, notes, bike photos, or invoice images. Those records stay on your device. Apple’s and RevenueCat’s own privacy policies also apply to their handling of purchase-related information.

Advertising and sale of data

BikeStable does not sell your personal information and does not use your bicycle or service records for targeted advertising.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you delete them or remove the app and its data. Deleting a saved invoice, service record, or bicycle also removes its associated local invoice files as applicable. Reports you export are controlled by the destination where you save or share them.

Security

BikeStable uses iOS app isolation and file-protection controls for locally saved invoice files. No system can guarantee absolute security.

This policy may be updated as BikeStable develops. The revision date above will change when material updates are published.
